Alexa Davidson – Coordinator, Marketing and Business Development

Alexa Davidson is responsible for all digital marketing initiatives and assists in sponsor relationship management and procurement.

Amanda Sandoval – Director, Participant Services

Amanda Sandoval is responsible for participant services, including registration, packet pick-up, technology and results. She also manages the legacy program and accommodations for the event.

Carly Caulfield – General Manager & Managing Director, Operations

Carly Caulfield – General Manager & Managing Director, Operations

Carly Caulfield first arrived at the Houston Marathon Committee in October of 2000. In 2016, Caulfield was promoted to senior director of operations.

Corey Broadway – Manager, Volunteer & Event Services

Corey Broadway – Manager, Volunteer & Event Services

As the Manager of Volunteer & Event Services, Corey Broadway is responsible for overseeing the recruitment of volunteers for the more than 7,500 volunteer positions as well as the Sustainability program.

Dominique Hernandez – Coordinator, Participant Services

Dominique Hernandez – Coordinator, Participant Services

Dominique Hernandez is responsible for participant services, including registration, packet pick-up, and managing the legacy program and pace team.

Kim Warren – Coordinator, Office Administration

Kim Warren – Coordinator, Office Administration

As the Office Administrator, Kim Warren is responsible for accounting, customer service, office administration, Info Spot, and the Intern Program.

Mike Root – Senior Manager, Course Director

Mike Root – Senior Manager, Course Director

Mike Root is responsible for race day course operations and has a 20-year volunteer for the Houston Marathon Committee.

Muffy King – Director,  Marketing, Media & Brand

Muffy King – Director, Marketing, Media & Brand

Muffy King manages the Marketing and Communications for the Houston Marathon Committee, the Houston Marathon Foundation and the Chevron Houston Marathon race weekend of events.

Nathan Schaffer – Senior Manager, Elite Athlete Program & Race Operations

Nathan Schaffer – Senior Manager, Elite Athlete Program & Race Operations

Nathan Schaffer manages the Elite Athlete Program and also oversees Start Line and Finish Line operations.

Nicholas Nordmann – Coordinator, Venue Operations

Nicholas Nordmann – Coordinator, Venue Operations

Nicholas Nordmann is responsible for pre- and post-race participant service areas within the GRB Convention Center as well as the design and oversight of the security perimeter.

Sarah Little is responsible for Houston Marathon Foundation programs in the areas of youth initiatives, community development, athletes with disabilities and elite athlete development.

Wade Morehead, Executive Director of the Houston Marathon Committee and the Houston Marathon Foundation, has 20 years of sports operations and event management experience.
