Thank You For Making A Difference!
Mark your calendar - online giving opens on July 17, 2009!
Run for a Reason Crossing the finish line of the Chevron Houston Marathon, Aramco Houston Half Marathon or the EP5K is the well-deserved reward for the hard work you did training for your race. By participating in our Run for a Reason charity program, that hard work does more than get you to the finish line; it offers help and hope to the thousands of people who benefit from the charities in our program.
As part of our 2010 campaign, you can be an active fundraiser for one of this year's more than 40 Run for a Reason charities. More than a dozen new charities have been added to the program, and that means more than a dozen new ways you can help. As a fundraiser, you can customize your personal online fundraising page, solicit support from your friends and family via email and track your progress instantly.
Our charity program raised more than $1 million for charity in 2009, and with your support, we hope to exceed that number in 2010! We urge you to make every step of your race count by using your race to raise money for one of the official charities of the Chevron Houston Marathon , Aramco Houston Half Marathon or the EP5K . At the end of the day, you can take pride in your race accomplishment -- and in knowing that your efforts have helped thousands of others.
